Deposit Bonus Promotion Terms & Conditions
100% Deposit Bonus
1. Introduction
These Deposit Bonus Promotion Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern participation in the Olla Trade Deposit Bonus Promotion (“Promotion”).
By applying for, accepting, activating or using any bonus credit issued under this Promotion, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Promotion Terms, together with the Company’s Client Agreement, trading conditions, execution policy, privacy policy, risk disclosure and any other applicable legal documentation.
The Promotion is intended to provide eligible clients with additional trading credit that may be used to support genuine trading activity. It is not intended to provide guaranteed profits, protect clients from trading losses or create a risk-free trading opportunity.
Where these Promotion Terms conflict with the Company’s general Client Agreement, these Promotion Terms shall apply only to matters directly related to the Promotion. The Client Agreement shall continue to apply to all other aspects of the client’s relationship with the Company.
2. Promotion
The Promotion provides a single 100% First Deposit Bonus.
2.1 — 100% Deposit Bonus
Eligible clients may receive a bonus equal to 100% of their qualifying first deposit.
The maximum bonus available under this Promotion is USD 100.
Examples:
- A qualifying deposit of USD 25 may receive a USD 25 bonus.
- A qualifying deposit of USD 50 may receive a USD 50 bonus.
- A qualifying deposit of USD 100 may receive a USD 100 bonus.
- A qualifying deposit greater than USD 100 may receive a maximum bonus of USD 100.
Once the maximum bonus of USD 100 has been allocated, no further bonus will be available under this Promotion. The Promotion is limited to one qualifying first deposit bonus per eligible client.
2.2 Maximum Bonus
The maximum promotional bonus available under this Promotion is USD 100 per eligible client.
The maximum applies per client and not separately to each trading account, email address, registration, device or payment method.
3. Nature of the Bonus
All bonuses issued under this Promotion are provided as non-withdrawable trading credit.
Bonus credit:
- May be used as additional trading margin.
- May support the opening and maintenance of trading positions.
- May increase the account’s available equity and free margin.
- May be subject to the platform’s margin, stop-out and credit-calculation rules.
Bonus credit:
- Is not part of the client’s deposited funds.
- Is not cash belonging to the client.
- Cannot be withdrawn.
- Cannot be transferred to another trading account.
- Cannot be transferred to a wallet.
- Cannot be transferred to another client.
- Cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
- Cannot be used to settle any amount owed outside the trading account.
- Has no monetary value outside the Promotion.
- May be reduced or removed in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
The presence of bonus credit does not prevent trading losses. If the client’s trading losses consume the deposited funds and bonus credit, the Company is not required to restore the lost bonus.
4. Eligible Clients
To participate in the Promotion, a client must:
- 1.Be an individual legally permitted to open and operate a trading account.
- 2.Reside in a country or region in which the Promotion is officially available.
- 3.Open and maintain a valid real trading account with the Company.
- 4.Complete all required identity and address verification procedures.
- 5.Successfully pass the Company’s compliance, sanctions and client-acceptance checks.
- 6.Make a qualifying deposit using a payment method accepted by the Company.
- 7.Be the legal owner of the funds and payment method used.
- 8.Accept these Promotion Terms before or when activating the Promotion.
- 9.Comply with the Company’s Client Agreement and all applicable trading conditions.
- 10.Participate in the Promotion honestly and in good faith.
The Promotion is not available to employees, representatives, contractors or service providers of the Company unless expressly approved in writing.
The Company may decline an application where the client does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or where participation would breach applicable law, regulatory obligations, internal compliance requirements or the Company’s risk policies.
5. Eligible Regions
The Promotion is available only to clients from regions approved and published by the Company.
The approved regions for this Promotion may include:
- Latin American countries in which the Company accepts clients.
- Morocco.
- Iraq.
Eligibility is determined primarily by the client’s verified country of residence and may also be assessed using information including nationality, identification documents, residential address, telephone number, IP address, device location and payment-method country.
The use of a VPN, proxy, remote server or other method to misrepresent the client’s location is prohibited.
The Company may restrict or discontinue the Promotion in a particular country where required by law, regulation, payment-provider requirements, operational risk or internal policy.
Access to the Company’s website from an eligible country does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the Promotion.
6. Eligible Trading Accounts
The Promotion is available only on trading accounts specifically designated by the Company as bonus-eligible accounts.
The Company may exclude certain:
- Account types.
- Trading platforms.
- Account currencies.
- managed accounts;
- Copy-trading accounts.
- Partner or affiliate accounts.
- Demo accounts.
- Islamic or swap-free account configurations.
- Accounts subject to special commercial arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, demo accounts are not eligible.
A client may not receive separate maximum bonus allocations by opening several trading accounts. All accounts owned, controlled or beneficially owned by the same client may be treated as a single client profile for Promotion purposes.
7. Qualifying Deposits
A qualifying deposit is a genuine deposit of the client’s own funds that:
- Is successfully received and cleared by the Company.
- Is made through an approved payment method.
- Is made by the verified account holder.
- Is not subject to reversal, chargeback, recall or payment dispute.
- Is not an internal transfer from another trading account.
- Is not a transfer of existing Company credit or promotional funds.
- Is not derived from another client’s account.
- Satisfies any minimum deposit requirement displayed before participation.
Internal transfers, wallet transfers between the client’s existing accounts, corrections, rebates, commissions, partner payments, refunds and manual balance adjustments do not constitute qualifying deposits unless the Company expressly confirms otherwise.
Where the trading account is denominated in a currency other than USD, the qualifying deposit and bonus will be calculated using the conversion rate applied by the Company at the time the bonus is credited. Exchange-rate movements may cause the displayed value to differ from the original USD-equivalent amount.
Payment processing fees, currency conversion charges and third-party payment-provider fees do not count toward the qualifying deposit amount.
8. Bonus Activation and Allocation
The bonus may be credited automatically or may require the client to activate, claim or accept the Promotion through the client portal.
A deposit does not qualify for bonus credit merely because it was made while the Promotion was advertised. The client must satisfy all applicable eligibility and activation requirements.
The Company may require a reasonable processing period to:
- Confirm receipt of the deposit.
- Complete account verification.
- Review payment ownership.
- Confirm regional eligibility.
- Conduct fraud and abuse checks.
- Credit the bonus to the trading account.
The bonus will normally be displayed separately from the client’s cash balance as credit or promotional credit.
If a deposit is divided between several accounts, the Company may calculate the bonus based on the total qualifying amount received and may determine the account to which the bonus will be credited.
The Company is not responsible for a client opening positions before the bonus has been successfully credited.
9. Use of Bonus Credit
Bonus credit may be used only for genuine trading activity conducted in accordance with the Company’s Client Agreement and normal market conditions.
The bonus may contribute to account equity and margin calculations. However, the treatment of bonus credit during trading, liquidation, stop-out or negative-balance events will be determined by the trading platform and the Company’s applicable margin rules.
The client acknowledges that:
- Bonus credit may temporarily support positions that could not otherwise remain open.
- Removing bonus credit may reduce equity, free margin and margin level.
- Bonus removal may result in margin calls, forced position closures or stop-out.
- The client remains responsible for monitoring the account and maintaining adequate margin.
- The Company is not required to delay bonus removal because the client has open positions.
The bonus must not be treated as a guaranteed financial benefit or substitute for proper risk management.
10. Withdrawal of Trading Profits
The bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn.
Trading profits generated through legitimate trading activity may be withdrawn, subject to:
- Completion of all required KYC and compliance checks.
- Payment-method verification.
- The Company’s standard withdrawal procedures.
- Availability of sufficient withdrawable balance.
- Review of the account for prohibited or abusive activity.
- Compliance with these Promotion Terms and the Client Agreement.
Unless a separate trading-volume requirement is expressly published and accepted by the client before participation, legitimate trading profits will not be subject to an undisclosed volume requirement.
A withdrawal review does not automatically mean that the client has breached these Promotion Terms. The Company may conduct a reasonable review where the trading activity, account connections, payment activity or withdrawal pattern indicates possible Promotion abuse.
The Company may request supporting information before completing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment ownership, source-of-funds information and explanations regarding connected accounts or trading activity.
11. Effect of Withdrawals on Bonus Credit
When a client requests or completes a withdrawal while bonus credit remains active, the Company may remove all or part of the remaining bonus credit.
Unless otherwise specified on the Promotion page, bonus removal may be calculated proportionally based on the amount withdrawn relative to the client’s eligible deposited funds or account balance.
For example, if a withdrawal represents 50% of the eligible remaining funds, the Company may remove 50% of the remaining bonus credit.
The precise amount removed may be affected by:
- Previous deposits and withdrawals.
- Previously removed bonus credit.
- Realised trading profits or losses.
- Open positions.
- Account balance and equity.
- The amount of active promotional credit.
- The sequence in which funds were deposited or withdrawn.
The Company may also remove the remaining bonus in full where:
- The client withdraws all available cash funds.
- The account is closed.
- The client requests cancellation of the Promotion.
- A payment is reversed or charged back.
- The client becomes ineligible.
- Promotion abuse or a material breach is identified.
Before submitting a withdrawal, the client must consider how bonus removal may affect account equity and open positions.
The Company is not responsible for margin calls, stop-outs, position closures or trading losses resulting from an authorised bonus adjustment following the client’s withdrawal request.
12. Internal Transfers
Bonus credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
Where the client transfers deposited funds from a bonus account to another account or wallet, the transfer may be treated in the same manner as a withdrawal and may result in proportional or complete removal of the bonus.
Funds transferred into a bonus account from another trading account, wallet or internal Company balance will not qualify as a new deposit unless expressly approved by the Company.
The client must not use internal transfers to obtain repeated bonuses, reset bonus eligibility or move promotional trading capacity between accounts.
13. High-Frequency Trading and Ultra-Short-Term Trading
High-frequency trading or ultra-short-term trading used to exploit the Promotion is prohibited.
Prohibited conduct may include:
- Opening and closing an excessive number of orders within extremely short periods.
- Tick scalping intended to benefit from temporary quote differences.
- Repeatedly placing orders immediately before or after price-feed updates.
- Using automated systems to generate unusually high order frequency.
- Submitting large numbers of orders that are immediately modified or cancelled.
- Using promotional credit primarily to capture minimal price movements with limited genuine market exposure.
- Trading patterns that place abnormal stress on the trading platform or execution infrastructure.
The Company will not classify trading as abusive solely because a client trades actively or uses a short-term strategy. Any determination will consider the overall trading pattern, execution behaviour, account relationships, intent and whether the activity sought to exploit the Promotion or technical infrastructure.
Trades identified as part of an abusive HFT strategy may be excluded from Promotion eligibility and may be investigated under the Client Agreement.
14. Arbitrage Trading
All forms of arbitrage intended to exploit the Promotion, pricing infrastructure or execution systems are prohibited.
This includes, without limitation:
- Latency arbitrage.
- Price-feed arbitrage.
- Cross-broker arbitrage.
- Cross-platform arbitrage.
- Reverse arbitrage.
- Swap arbitrage.
- Bonus arbitrage.
- News-feed delay exploitation.
- Stale-price exploitation.
- Off-market quote exploitation.
- Strategies designed to obtain risk-free or nearly risk-free returns from temporary price discrepancies.
Clients must not use software, external feeds, faster price sources or coordinated accounts to trade against delayed or incorrect pricing.
Where a trade was executed at a manifestly incorrect, stale or off-market price, the Company may correct, cancel or adjust the affected transaction in accordance with the Client Agreement.
15. Latency and Technical-System Abuse
Clients must not knowingly attempt to benefit from technical, communication, pricing or execution failures.
Prohibited conduct includes attempting to exploit:
- Delayed price transmission.
- Delayed order execution.
- Frozen or stale prices.
- Incorrect spreads.
- Incorrect instrument specifications.
- Incorrect margin or swap calculations.
- Duplicate order execution.
- Server malfunctions.
- Platform defects.
- Connectivity interruptions.
- Data-feed interruptions.
- Incorrect credit allocation.
- Errors in the bonus-calculation system.
- Clearly erroneous or off-market prices.
The client must notify the Company promptly if they become aware of an obvious system or pricing error affecting their account.
The Company may correct the account to the position that would reasonably have existed had the error not occurred. Such correction may include adjusting trades, balances, credits, profits, losses, commissions, swaps or other account entries.
The Company will not treat ordinary execution speed, normal slippage or legitimate use of automated trading as abuse unless there is evidence that the client deliberately attempted to exploit a technical or pricing deficiency.
16. Internal Hedging and Opposite Trading
Internal hedging between related, coordinated or commonly controlled accounts is prohibited where it is used to exploit the Promotion or create an artificial reduction of market risk.
Prohibited internal hedging may include:
- Opening opposite positions on the same or correlated instrument through two or more related accounts.
- Coordinating opposite trades between different clients.
- Using one bonus account to protect or offset the exposure of another account.
- Allocating the profitable side of a strategy to one account while allowing the losing side to consume bonus credit on another account.
- Using separate brokers, platforms or accounts to create a predetermined or substantially risk-free outcome.
- Coordinating trades around market news, gaps or volatile periods to transfer value between accounts.
- Using family members, employees, partners, agents or third parties to operate opposite positions.
Example:
- Account A opens a BUY position in XAUUSD.
- A related Account B opens a corresponding SELL position in XAUUSD.
- Bonus credit is used to absorb the loss on one account while the profit is withdrawn from the other account.
This conduct may be considered Promotion abuse even where the accounts are registered under different names.
Legitimate hedging conducted within a single account under ordinary trading conditions is not automatically prohibited unless it forms part of an abusive, coordinated or risk-free bonus-conversion strategy.
17. Multiple Accounts and Duplicate Participation
The Promotion is limited to one maximum promotional allocation per eligible client.
A client must not create, control or use multiple identities or profiles to receive additional bonus credit.
The Company may review participation connected through:
- The same individual.
- The same beneficial owner.
- The same household.
- The same residential or business address.
- The same telephone number or email information.
- The same IP address or network.
- The same computer, mobile device or browser fingerprint.
- The same payment method, bank account, card or digital wallet.
- The same trading terminal or virtual server.
- Matching or coordinated trading behaviour.
- Shared identification or verification documents.
- Referral or affiliate relationships.
- Common control of several accounts.
The use of a shared IP address or household does not automatically prove abuse. The Company may request additional information to determine whether separate individuals are independently participating in good faith.
Where duplicate participation is established, the Company may consolidate the accounts for Promotion purposes, remove duplicate bonus allocations or disqualify the relevant accounts.
18. Group Trading and Account Farming
Clients must not participate in organised, coordinated or group-based activity intended to exploit the Promotion.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Recruiting individuals to open accounts solely to obtain bonus credit.
- Operating accounts on behalf of other registered clients.
- Purchasing, selling, renting or lending verified accounts.
- Sharing login credentials or trading access.
- Funding several accounts from a common source without a legitimate explanation.
- Coordinating the timing, direction, size or closure of trades.
- Dividing a single trading strategy across multiple accounts to avoid controls.
- Using several accounts to place opposite or correlated positions.
- Withdrawing profits from selected accounts while allowing bonus-supported accounts to incur losses.
- Participating in account-farming networks.
Each client must independently control their account, payment methods and trading decisions.
19. Expert Advisors, Algorithms and Automated Trading
Expert Advisors, trading robots, algorithms and automated trading tools may be used for legitimate trading where permitted by the relevant account type and trading platform.
Automated systems must not be used for:
- Latency arbitrage.
- Stale-price exploitation.
- Quote manipulation.
- Excessive order messaging.
- Platform flooding.
- Tick scalping intended to exploit execution delays.
- Coordinated internal hedging.
- Cross-account bonus conversion.
- Technical-error exploitation.
- Any strategy primarily designed to convert bonus credit into withdrawable funds without genuine market risk.
The Company may request information regarding an automated strategy where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected Promotion abuse. The client will not normally be required to disclose proprietary source code, but may be asked to explain the strategy’s general operation and provide relevant trading records.
20. Prohibited Payment Activity
The following payment activity is prohibited:
- Depositing funds through a payment method not owned by the client.
- Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment details.
- Initiating a chargeback after receiving or using bonus credit.
- Recycling funds through deposits and withdrawals to generate additional bonus credit.
- Moving funds between related accounts to create apparent qualifying deposits.
- Using cryptocurrency or electronic wallets controlled by undisclosed third parties.
- Attempting to conceal the source or ownership of deposited funds.
- Dividing payments to avoid verification or compliance thresholds.
If a deposit is reversed, refunded, charged back or found to be unauthorised, any corresponding bonus may be removed immediately. The client may remain responsible for any resulting negative balance, costs, losses or fees to the extent permitted by the Client Agreement and applicable law.
21. Trading Integrity Review
To protect the integrity of the Promotion, the Company may review information reasonably relevant to participation, including:
- Trading history.
- Order timing and holding periods.
- Position size and direction.
- Instrument correlations.
- Login and session records.
- IP addresses.
- Device and browser information.
- Payment methods.
- Deposit and withdrawal activity.
- Internal transfers.
- Account ownership and control.
- Connections with other clients or accounts.
- Use of VPNs, proxies or virtual servers.
- Affiliate or introducing-broker relationships.
- Automated-trading patterns.
A review may be conducted before or after a withdrawal request, bonus allocation, account closure or suspected breach.
The Company may temporarily restrict promotional credit or delay a bonus-related withdrawal for a reasonable period while an investigation is conducted. Any restriction will remain subject to the Company’s legal and regulatory obligations.
22. Consequences of Promotion Abuse
Where the Company reasonably determines that a client has breached these Promotion Terms, provided false information or participated in abusive activity, the Company may take one or more of the following actions:
- Reject the client’s participation.
- Decline to allocate further bonus credit.
- Remove unused bonus credit.
- Remove duplicate or incorrectly allocated bonus credit.
- Exclude abusive transactions from Promotion calculations.
- Correct transactions affected by manifest pricing or system errors.
- Cancel profits directly attributable to prohibited or abusive activity.
- Restrict the client from future promotions.
- Suspend relevant accounts while an investigation is completed.
- Close accounts in accordance with the Client Agreement.
- Report suspected fraud or unlawful conduct where legally required.
The Company will not remove legitimate deposited funds merely because bonus credit has been cancelled, except where otherwise permitted under the Client Agreement, such as chargeback liabilities, fraud, negative balances or amounts legally owed to the Company.
Where reasonably practicable, the Company will base its decision on documented account activity and provide the client with a general explanation of the decision, subject to legal, security and anti-fraud restrictions.
23. Bonus Cancellation and Expiry
The bonus may be cancelled or removed where:
- The client requests cancellation.
- The client makes a withdrawal or internal transfer.
- The account is closed.
- The client becomes ineligible.
- The client breaches these Promotion Terms.
- The deposit is reversed, refunded or charged back.
- False, incomplete or misleading information is provided.
- Duplicate or connected participation is identified.
- Prohibited trading activity is detected.
- The bonus was allocated because of a technical or administrative error.
- The Company is required to remove the bonus by law or regulation.
- The Promotion is withdrawn in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
The Company may establish an inactivity or expiry period for unused bonus credit. Any such period must be published on the Promotion page or communicated to the client before it is applied.
If no specific expiry period has been published, the bonus will remain subject to the account’s general dormancy and closure rules.
24. Account Verification and Additional Information
The Company may require additional verification at any stage of participation.
Requested documents or information may include:
- Proof of identity.
- Proof of residential address.
- Proof of payment-method ownership.
- Bank or card statements.
- Cryptocurrency wallet ownership evidence.
- Source-of-funds information.
- Source-of-wealth information where required.
- Tax identification information.
- Explanation of trading or payment activity.
- Confirmation of relationships with connected account holders.
The client must provide accurate, complete and current information.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in delayed bonus activation, delayed withdrawal processing, removal of bonus credit, account restrictions or cancellation of participation.
25. Promotion Period
The Promotion will begin and end on the dates published by the Company.
The Company may offer the Promotion for a limited period or until further notice.
Deposits made before the Promotion begins or after it ends will not qualify unless the Company expressly confirms otherwise.
The Company may close the Promotion to new participants while allowing existing participants to retain already allocated bonus credit, subject to these Promotion Terms.
26. Amendment, Suspension and Termination
The Company may amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to:
- Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
- Fraud, abuse or operational risk.
- Changes to payment-provider arrangements.
- Changes to trading-platform functionality.
- Technical or security concerns.
- Commercial or business considerations.
- Events outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Changes will normally be published on the Company’s website or communicated through the client portal, email or another appropriate channel.
Changes should not retroactively remove legitimate profits earned before the effective date of the change, except where the profits arose from prohibited activity, fraud, manifest error or a breach of existing terms.
Continued use of an active bonus after a notified amendment may constitute acceptance of the amended Promotion Terms.
27. Technical Failures and Events Beyond the Company’s Control
The Company will not be responsible for delay or failure in bonus allocation caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Internet or telecommunications failures.
- Trading-platform interruptions.
- Payment-provider delays.
- Bank processing delays.
- Cybersecurity incidents.
- Power failures.
- Government restrictions.
- Market closures.
- Extreme market volatility.
- Natural disasters.
- War, civil unrest or sanctions.
- Failure of third-party infrastructure.
The Company will take reasonable steps to correct confirmed bonus-calculation or allocation errors.
28. No Investment Advice or Guarantee
The Promotion does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to trade or a representation that trading will be profitable.
The availability of bonus credit must not influence a client to:
- Deposit more than they can afford to lose.
- Trade a larger position than is appropriate.
- Use excessive leverage.
- Continue trading after incurring losses.
- Depart from their personal risk-management strategy.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Bonus credit does not protect deposited funds from loss.
29. Taxes and Charges
The client is responsible for determining whether participation in the Promotion or withdrawal of trading profits creates any tax, reporting or legal obligation in their country.
The Company does not provide tax advice.
The client remains responsible for any bank fees, payment-provider fees, currency-conversion charges, blockchain fees or other third-party costs associated with deposits and withdrawals.
30. Data Protection
The Company may process personal, technical, payment and trading information for the purposes of:
- Administering the Promotion.
- Verifying eligibility.
- Preventing fraud and abuse.
- Conducting compliance checks.
- Investigating connected accounts.
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
- Resolving complaints and disputes.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
31. Complaints
A client who disagrees with a decision relating to the Promotion may submit a complaint through the Company’s official complaints procedure.
The complaint should include:
- The client’s name and account number.
- A description of the disputed decision.
- Relevant deposit, withdrawal or trading information.
- Supporting documents.
- The outcome requested by the client.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically suspend margin requirements, stop-out rules, account restrictions or other measures required to protect the Company or comply with law.
32. Severability
If any part of these Promotion Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
33. Language
These Promotion Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience.
Where legally permitted and where there is an inconsistency between translations, the English version will prevail unless the applicable law requires otherwise.
34. Risk Warning
Trading leveraged foreign-exchange products, contracts for difference and other financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every client.
Leverage can magnify both profits and losses. A client may lose all deposited funds and, where negative-balance protection does not apply, may incur additional liability.
Bonus credit:
- Does not eliminate market risk.
- Does not guarantee account protection.
- Does not prevent margin calls or stop-outs.
- Does not guarantee that profits can be generated.
- Should not be treated as the client’s own capital.
Clients should trade only with funds they can afford to lose and should consider obtaining independent financial, legal and tax advice where appropriate.
By participating in the Deposit Bonus Promotion, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Promotion Terms and all other applicable Company agreements.
